Hello friends we will know what the clutch is where it is used why it is done

Clutch This is a ype of coupling by which any two shafts can be connected or separated as per requirement. It also consists of two parts. One part is fixed on the shaft by attaching the key and the other part is kept in loss. Goes on connecting the two. One unit rotates on this side. The loose part can be disassembled as required. To separate the couplings, the machine has to be shutBut even with the clutch rotating the driver shaft, the speed is stopped by separating the devan shaft and in places where the couplings are difficult to use, the clutch can be used to drive the drive shaft or the driver shaft is in stalled position. Devon even when running from or moving the driver shaft Clutches are used to bring the shaft to resting position. Clutches are used in automobiles  The one that is installed between the engine and the gear box is placed for the engine output and operated by foot 

 Clutch type 

1 dog clutch. This clutch gives a positive driver. It is engaged only when its two elements are located or in motion. 

2 cone shape clutch The angle clutch transmits low power. Here is a type of friction clutch. One end of it There is a skeletal shape and a cone shaped hole at the other end.

3 multi plate clutch multi plate clutch It is used in connecting the driving motor and gear box in the machines. Here the clutch is strong and smooth in compact operation, it can transmit a lot of power. A brake is used to bring the gear box to a quick stop

4 air clutch air clutch This clutch does not require any mechanical energy, but it is driven by air pressure when the air pressure is faster. This clutch works. The poles which are in the available speed in this clutch themselves bear the wear due to friction

5 centrifugal clutch centrifugal clutch When the rotary speed is high in the middle part, the centrifugal part closes the clutch by applying pressure outward and when the speed is low then the clutch opens automatically. This type of clutch is used in automobile two-wheelers. Goes

6 over riding clutch over riding clutch Steel ball and cylindrical steel inside it Rollers are fitted on which the outer part of the clutch is driven, in the opposite position, it opens.

 7 single plate clutch single plate clutch This clutch is used in automobile vehicles. When the pedal is pressurized, the spring pressure in it is reduced. The play clutch opens up. Plastic lining with steel wire is prepared on the main part of this clutch where it ruber
